The book is a collection of my blogs penned over a period of time. Most of the articles have a message cumulatively aiming to enhance the personality of the individuals. The competitive world today prefers all-rounders and go-getters and the book will certainly help in achieving this goal.
Fathers generally shrug off after providing for the children and career counselling. Mothers shoulder the task of mentoring the children particularly the pre-teens and teenagers to blossom into good human beings. The book, I expect will assist the mothers in their endeavour to inculcate a sense of belonging and responsibility in them.
At 84 I have gone through a rainbow of experiences both troublesome as well as humorous. Every situation, if you look carefully has an element of humour in it. I have selected such colourful and humorous anecdotes to make the book interesting. Finally, if the book sharpens the grey cells as well as brings a smile to your lips, I will be more than gratified.
I visualise mothers treating the book as their personal assistant and gift it to their children so that they have a better alternative to scores of good mornings and forwarded messages on WhatsApp.
